Captain Rodney's Boucan Cheese Bake


  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup any flavor Captain Rodney's glaze

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 6 Ritz crackers, crushed

  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon



  •  Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, half the bacon and ¼ cup Captain Rodney’s Glaze in a quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Top with remaining bacon and Captain Rodney’s Pepper Glaze. 

  • Stand back and enjoy the compliments!

3 Pepper Blast Dip



  • 1 jar of Sable & Rosenfeld 3 Pepper Blast

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese

  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese




  • Blend the 3 Pepper Blast with the softened cream cheese.

  • Once the 3 Pepper Blast and cream cheese are well blended, add in the sharp cheese and fold.

  • Serve on crackers, in Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups or with tortilla chips.

  • Especially festive for the holidays when served with green & red tortilla chips!
